The Meeting was called to order by President Anderson, at the Holiday Inn Riverfront in Covington Kentucky
The Pledge of Allegiance occurred.
A moment of Silence was observed for deceased members.
Roll Call was taken by Treasurer Hoffman. Delegate Long excused. All others Present.
The previous months minutes were presented by Secretary Wallace. Treasurer Hoffman made a motion to accept the previous months minutes. Second by Delegate Boykin. Motion passed.
The Financial Report was given by Treasurer Hoffman. A motion to accept the Financial Report was made by Delegate Waller. Second by Delegate Memering. Motion passed. (Financial Report on file at Union Office.)
UNFINISHED BUSINESS President Anderson
· Sale of stock
· Arbitration (Work Force Management) & Meter Reading -waiting on answer
· By-Laws (Dynegy) By-Laws Committee will meet to discuss
· UEIP Safety goals discuss with Company
Arbitration in Meter Reading waiting to schedule
Possible hiring freeze some positions will continue to be processed and filled ( B Reps and OCs)
80th Year Anniversary for IUU 2017 ideas from membership regarding what we can to commemorate this year
Special negotiated position new Event Technical Services Specialist - Motion to accept Vice-President Kowolonek. 2nd by Secretary Wallace. Motion passed
Grievance filed on behalf of CPCs, GIS and Sr Reps regarding work being processed by IBEW, pending.
Relocations to Dana Ave. Safety concerns were addressed at a meeting attended by President Anderson, Vice-President Kowolonek & Delegate Memering who meet with State of Ohio certified consultant.

COMMUNICATIONS President Anderson
· Delegate Memering Discussed issues in the gas department still being reviewed.
Concerns regarding duties being processed by former treasurer, issue resolved.
· Delegate Boykin Discussed ID-Force ( Michael Lewis)
Delegate Waller made a motion to adjourn. Second by Delegate Memering. Motion passed.
